A map for the places we are not at ease.

Dis-ease is simply that: not being at ease — with the body, the emotions, or the mind. It isn’t a flaw to be fixed but a signal pointing to an imbalance, and behind every imbalance is some knowledge we have yet to gain. Ease Atlas is a guide for reading those signals: locating where the discomfort actually sits, and finding the experience that restores balance. Not a cure, but a map back to ease.
